Bread-baking course

Learn to make real bread from scratch – fun, friendly and welcoming class in our community kitchen. Just £30 for a full day course, including lunch and bread to take home. We’ll be using stoneground organic flour from Cann Mills in Dorset. This course is suitable for beginners.

Develop your skills in:
– weighing, mixing and kneading dough
– shaping, proving, and baking basic breads

We will make tried and tested recipes for wholesome breads and sweet treats, that you will feel confident to make again at home.
