This is a six week course, covering a range of simple techniques and recipes to enhance your skills in the kitchen. This course will give you loads of new ideas and will incorporate interesting flavours from around the world. We will cover:

  • How to get more flavour into your food
  • How different textures can enhance flavour
  • Different seasonings
  • Healthy options

There will be a recipe folder of all the recipes covered, for you to take home and refer to. The course is open to everyone, with no experience required. Numerous vegetarian dishes are included and any meat-based dishes that we create shall have a vegetarian alternative.

This is a course for you if you are looking for something that will reinvigorate feeding your family, yourself, and your friends. Examples of recipes and techniques include:

  • Roast Aubergine, with lemon zest crumb and parmesan salad
  • Roasted tomato and pepper sauce with fish
  • Spice pastes to make ahead
  • Seasoning and marinating to add flavour
