Join this course to learn a range of Italian style breads and treats including focaccia, ciabatta, pizza and something sweet. Learn techniques for slow fermentation with yeast for maximum flavour and digestibility.

 

The course includes a lunch we will bake and share together, plus plenty of fresh bread to take home.
