A course to learn how to cook your favourite Spanish tapas; and learn some lesser known Spanish recipes. We will make a range of tapas, some very simple and others that are a little bit more involved. The day will consist of lots of tastings and sunshine flavours, which shall give you a whole new repertoire of tasty recipes.

- Pan con tomate y jamon (Tomato bread with serrano ham)
- Salmorejo (Tomato and olive oil cold coup)
- Roasted marinated peppers
