Bulb and bulb planting for a colourful garden

Date

12 November 2020

Time

1:00 pm

Learn about bulbs, and how to brighten your garden over the winter months. We’ll talk about bulbs flowering times, how to plant them successfully and which bulbs are good for wildlife. You’ll get a chance to build a bulb alarm clock and take it home, and you will be able to practice your bulb planting in St Sidwell’s Garden, where you’ll see the resulting flowers next spring.

We want all our courses to be accessible. Via the website you can book a place for £10 and you can add a £5 donation which helps us provide concessions for people who need it. St Sidwell’s volunteers can book a free ticket. If you are not a St Sidwell’s volunteer and you’d like to attend, but the price is a barrier please email gardening@stsidwells.org.uk and we can make concessions on an individual basis.
