In this class we will make a braised chicken dish with soy sauce and fragrant spices like star anise and cassia bark , the chicken will be slowly cooked in the broth and results in delicious, tender and flavourful dish . Alongside this we will make a smacked cucumber salad with chilli oil dressing and fried shiitake mushrooms with Shaoxing  rice wine and garlic .
