We’ll be looking at three simple different ways of fermenting seasonal vegetables; sauerkraut, kimchi and pickles. After we will have tasting session to give an idea of how to use them on daily basis.
Bring a couple of big jars (1L) with you so you can take home your new creation. If you don’t have jars and would like to purchase them from us at cost price, please put a note in your booking.
