Spend a Saturday morning making a vegetarian Indian feast. The recipes we will be covering are Chana Masala (chickpea curry), coconut chutney, spinach parathas (Indian flaky flatbreads) and Baingan Bharta (Smoky Spiced Aubergine). The classes are informal, fun, relaxed and a chance to enjoy delicious food in a group with like-minded people.
