Middle Eastern cookery class

Including marinated chicken thighs and wings, preserved lemons and sumac with tabbouleh.
Each class will be limited to 6 participants so that we can space workstations 2 metres apart around our kitchen and cafe. There will be an opportunity to eat the food together at the end of the session and to take some home too.
We want all our courses to be accessible, so we organise concessions on an individual basis. Please get in touch if you would like to attend but the price is a barrier.
