Slow Braised Lamb with Moroccan Spices and a Warm Bulgur salad with Celeriac

This class is based around a Moroccan spiced slow braised lamb which is then finished in the oven with butter and olive oil to serve crispy on the outside and soft and melting on the inside. Alongside this we will serve a warm Bulgur Salad with celeriac and courgette and raisins soaked in rum. Warming, delicious, comforting food for the middle of winter. Our classes are fun, relaxed and informal, and always tasty.
