During the 5 hour session you will get your hands on the beautiful sourdough dough. You will be shown how to shape a great looking loaf, start to talk about what is happening when you make sourdough and you will get to experience the smell of freshly baked bread.
You will also make a tinned sourdough rye loaf from start to finish (hopefully… if it rises – happens to the best of us). We will talk about the different flours we use and how you can easily make sourdough bread at home.
This is a great introduction for those who are interested in learning how to shape and to have all those burning bread questions answered.
