In this class focused on fresh, seasonal produce, you’ll learn how to create some delicious meals from locally grown veg. This class is perfect for people looking for new ideas for cooking with a veg box, or with local produce from the farmers market. You’ll choose to make a meal from a selection of dishes focused on the vegetables available in August, and go home with the inspiration and recipes to make other dishes that bring out the best of seasonal veg.
