Our Bread

We primarily make sourdough bread, which means using just flour, water and salt as the core ingredients. The bread is leavened with a sourdough starter, which is just flour and water given the right conditions to ferment. We might add some herbs, nuts and seeds or vegetables into our bread – but if we call it sourdough it will never have any commercial yeast and we never use any artificial additives or improvers.
