We specialise in sourdough and other slow fermentation breads and treats using stoneground organic flours. We want to make great quality bread more accessible to everyone in Exeter.
In July 2019 we converted an office into a micro-bakery, where we train volunteers in the craft of real bread while making delicious sourdough for sale. You can find our bread here at St Sidwell’s Monday to Friday during cafe opening hours and on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30am (sometimes longer, please check our social media for updates), at the Exeter Farmers’ Market on Thursdays, and on the menu at some excellent local cafes and restaurants.
